Who Are We?
We are a Mom and Daughter. One and a quarter women.
Also known as “mom” to her co-host. “We’re Making Progress” is a lot about everything. For the last three years of my life I have experienced the greatest joy and the greatest pain. My greatest joy is the birth of my beautiful baby girl, Belle. I know this sounds cliche, but this little human has certainly moved mountains in my life. As this blog progresses, you will continue to find out how and why. The greatest pain? A broken marriage, from the aisle to the court room. Once again, as the blog progresses, you will find out how this came to past. Both experiences are teaching me how to navigate through this crazy world we live in. Each day, I discover a new strength within me.
Now that I am back at square one, with my baby girl in tow, we are going to make the best out of this life together as a dynamic duo. Our journey will help us both. For me, becoming a wise, well-rounded woman, learning from mistakes, and making progress with the experiences. For Belle, bringing her up into a well-educated, and cultured young lady so that she could stand on her own two feet and face this crazy/beautiful world.
